Terms of Service

Read the PilotMyX terms for accounts, X connections, scoped MCP access, scheduled publishing, acceptable use, service availability, and responsibility.

Last updated: July 17, 2026

The service

PilotMyX synchronizes data from a connected X account, calculates account analytics, exposes authorized tools through MCP, and publishes posts placed on the account's schedule.

Features may depend on X API availability, account permissions, and the access level granted by X.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information, keep sign-in links and credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

You may connect only an X account that you own or are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for activity initiated through your PilotMyX account.

MCP credentials

MCP access tokens are secrets. You must store them securely, grant only the scopes a client needs, rotate exposed credentials, and revoke access that is no longer required.

Actions performed with a valid token are treated as authorized by the account holder unless the compromise was reported before the action occurred.

Drafts and scheduled publication

You are responsible for reviewing the text, timing, links, and any attached media before a post is scheduled or published.

A scheduled time is a publication instruction, not an absolute guarantee. X outages, rate limits, revoked permissions, network failures, or maintenance can delay or prevent publication. PilotMyX records the resulting status when available and does not blindly duplicate an uncertain publication.

Acceptable use

You must comply with applicable law, X's terms and developer policies, and the rights of other people. You may not use PilotMyX for unlawful content, harassment, impersonation, credential theft, malicious automation, platform abuse, or attempts to bypass technical limits.

You may not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or access another customer's account or data without authorization.

Availability and changes

We work to keep PilotMyX reliable and secure, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security incidents, third-party changes, or events outside reasonable control may affect the service.

We may change the service or these terms when needed for security, legal compliance, platform changes, or product improvement. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate.

Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or suspended to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or respond to a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

Sections that by nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, responsibility, limitations, and dispute provisions, continue to apply.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PilotMyX is provided without a guarantee that every third-party API request or scheduled publication will succeed. We are not responsible for decisions made from incomplete metrics, user-created content, X enforcement actions, or failures caused by third-party services.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by French law. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules remain applicable where required.
