How does the 7-day free trial work?

Checkout collects a valid card when you start, but the selected subscription is not charged until the 7-day free trial ends.

Stripe shows the plan, billing interval, taxes, trial end, and amount due before you confirm. Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want the paid subscription to begin.

What is the difference between Basic and Growth?

Growth increases the initial import, analytics history, and monthly publishing limits.

Basic imports up to 300 posts and 100 replies, includes 90 days of analytics, and allows up to 100 posts or quotes per month, including 25 with a quote or link.

Growth imports up to 600 posts and 500 replies, includes all imported analytics history, and allows up to 300 posts or quotes per month, including 100 with a quote or link.

Should I choose monthly or annual billing?

Both cadences include the same product capabilities and plan limits.

Monthly billing keeps the commitment shorter. Annual billing charges the displayed yearly amount after the trial and includes the saving shown on the pricing page and at Checkout.

Can I use a promotion code?

Yes. Open the promotion code field in Stripe Checkout and enter an active customer-facing code before confirming the subscription.

The underlying Stripe coupon determines the discount amount, eligible products, duration, expiration, and redemption limits. A code that does not meet those conditions is rejected by Checkout.

Where do I manage the subscription?

Open Settings in PilotMyX, then use Manage plan & invoices to enter the secure Stripe customer portal.

The portal lets you switch plans, update the payment method or billing and VAT details, download invoices, and cancel the subscription. The available change and its effective date are displayed before confirmation.

How are taxes handled?

Stripe Checkout calculates applicable taxes from the customer and business information collected during Checkout.

The final tax treatment depends on the customer location, supplied tax identifier, and PilotMyX tax registrations. Checkout displays the applicable amount before confirmation, and invoices remain available in the Stripe portal.
